Conflict Resolution/Mediation- Assessment and consultation services to assist employees, supervisors, workgroup and departments resolve conflicts that interfere with work performance and communications.

Executive and Management Coaching - Working one-on-one with managers and highly valued employees on a customized plan aimed at improving work performance, leadership skills, goal setting and personal development to ensure their success.

Fitness For Duty Consultation - Assessment and consultation with the employee and manager/supervisor to determine whether or not the employee can safely perform the essential functions of his or her job. The goal for a fitness for duty consultation is always to maintain an appropriate balance between the well-being and rights of an employee/employer along with the obvious concerns of workplace safety and productivity. If it is decided that a formal fitness for duty evaluation is in the best interest of all involved, HDC will facilitate the evaluation and report any concerns as soon as possible.

360-Degree Feedback - Design and implementation of multi-source feedback process for employee appraisal and development.

Management Practices Audit - HDC will provide assessment of organizational systems, policies and procedure, both formal and informal, from a systemic viewpoint. Consultation regarding recommended ways to build upon and improve their effectiveness.

Organizational Climate and Employee Opinion Surveys - Development and administration of customized surveys or interviews to identify organizational, leadership or communications issues and consultation to determine goals.

Exit Interviews - In-depth confidential interviews of employees leaving the company to capture trends and areas of interest.
