This letter is intended to summarize our Company's experience with (HDC) Human Development Company. HDC is our Employee Assistance Provider and they continue to be an invaluable partner to our Company. As a Human Resources professional, I have worked with various EAP providers and I am most impressed by HDC.

During the last two years, I have worked closely with Susan Rowe and her team. They provide the ongoing, typical individual counseling support to our employees. Additionally, they have partnered with me to deliver customized training to our managers, they provided group on-site grief support, and they offered expertise and guidance to our management team on numerous occasions to assist in addressing challenging group dynamics or individual employee crisis. The entire HDC team is always extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.

I would highly recommend Human Development Company as an employee assistance provider.

I would like to share with you my appreciation for the Human Development Company's relationship with the Center for Women and Infants at University of Louisville Hospital. We have partnered for the past three years as the CWI has gone through some challenges. With the assistance of their team, we have successfully navigated many issues to the betterment of the CWI.

Human Development offers a variety of training's from Harassment Prevention to Cultural Diversity and Work/Life Balance. Additionally, HDC's exclusive 6-12 month Emotional Intelligence Program has allowed us to maintain professional staff who have historically struggled with interpersonal skills while leading a team.

HDC has been essential in assisting to mentor staff and solve personal and professional issues. Our partnership has given us the opportunity to gain a fresh perspective and address issues on a timely basis, deterring any significant impacts on work performance.

The HDC has a compassionate and caring staff who works well with my staff, managers, and Human Resource department.
